A downloadable game for Windows

"Blade Farm 2045" is a cyberpunk farming simulation game developed in Unity. Players must manage a secret rooftop farm to supply a family restaurant with authentic ingredients, fighting back against the mega-corporation "THE ONE" which controls the city's food supply.

My Contributions & Key Features

As the Lead Programmer and Project Manager, I was responsible for the technical architecture and implementation of all core gameplay systems in C#. My key contributions include:

  • Modular Farming System: Architected and built the tile-based farming system, managing plant growth cycles, tool interactions, and harvesting logic.
  • Dynamic Stamina & Game Loop: Programmed the player's stamina system, which was iteratively balanced based on user testing to ensure the game was challenging but not punishing.
  • Simulated Economy & Narrative Integration: Developed the shop and restaurant systems, creating a core gameplay loop where farming efforts directly fuel the narrative goal of providing "real food" and fighting corporate control.
  • Data-Driven Design with ScriptableObjects: Utilized ScriptableObjects to manage all game data, including items, crops, and recipes, allowing for a modular and easily expandable design.
  • Iterative Feature Development: Based on testing feedback, I designed and implemented the 'Gro-Quick Light' tool—a new feature that gave players more control over the game's pace and added strategic depth.
